- Travel Preferences: Origin/destination airports, travel dates, cabin class, seat preferences, and frequent flyer details.
- Payment Information: Credit/debit card numbers and billing address. Card data is processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways — we do not store raw card numbers.
- Account Data: Username, hashed password, and saved traveller profiles.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, click-stream data, and on-site search queries.
- Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP for currency and airport pre-fill.
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.
2 How We Use Your Information
FlySoma uses collected data to:
- Search, compare, and present flight options via our technology partners (including Travelpayouts).
- Process bookings and send confirmation, e-ticket, and itinerary emails.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- Personalise search results and pre-fill forms for returning users.
- Send transactional notifications (flight changes, price alerts you subscribe to).
- Send marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, with an easy opt-out in every email.

3 Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Airlines & travel suppliers to complete your booking.
- Travelpayouts — our flight-search technology provider, subject to their own privacy terms.
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) for secure transaction handling.
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — anonymised or aggregated usage data only.
- Advertising partners — only hashed or aggregated identifiers; never raw personal data.
- Legal authorities — where required by law or court order.
4 Data Retention
- Booking records — 7 years (taxation and regulatory requirements).
- Account data — until account deletion + 30 days.
- Marketing preferences — until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics logs — up to 26 months.
5 Security

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing flysoma.com, registering an account, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2 About FlySoma
FlySoma is an online flight-search and comparison platform acting as an intermediary between travellers and airlines/travel suppliers. We do not operate airlines, own aircraft, or directly fulfil travel services. Searches are powered by Travelpayouts and other technology partners.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or book on FlySoma. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
4 User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or use another person’s account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
5 Booking & Payment
- You authorise us (or the relevant supplier) to charge the total displayed at checkout including all taxes and fees.
- Bookings are subject to acceptance and availability confirmed by the airline.
- You must provide accurate passenger and payment information. Errors may cause booking failure, additional charges, or denied boarding.
- An e-ticket or booking reference will be emailed to you — check your spam folder.
- You are responsible for ensuring all travellers hold valid travel documents for their itinerary.
- Prices include all mandatory taxes unless stated otherwise.
6 Cancellations & Refunds
- Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded. FlySoma’s service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- Refundable fares are subject to the airline’s cancellation fee schedule.
- To cancel, contact the airline directly or use “Manage Booking” on FlySoma where supported.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method — typically 7–30 business days.
- FlySoma is not responsible for delays caused by airlines or financial institutions.
7 Pricing & Availability
Flight prices and availability change in real time. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any fare until the booking is confirmed by the airline. In the event of a pricing discrepancy we will contact you to offer alternatives or a full refund.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on FlySoma — including the logo, brand name, design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of FlySoma or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or extract data without permission; make fraudulent reservations; impersonate any person; upload malware; or interfere with the Website’s performance.
10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
FlySoma provides the Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or supplier failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid FlySoma in connection with the relevant transaction. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlySoma, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlySoma is incorporated. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
13 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent Website notice.
